The shipment we choose is DHL / Fedex / USPS , Express shipping delivery days usually take 3-7 Working Days(USA), 5-10 Working Days(Other Country).
Please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yiwheel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided.
Need to be customized products and we need extra days to produce before it ready to be shipped. Specific days vary according to how the product to be customised. So the lead time for customised products is usually 15 working days. But if we have some items in stock then we can ship the next day.
We use professional packing carton outside to protect all of our products. Also we will put spare parts in case anything is broken.
All the products have a VAT/TAX (21%), If you order from outside of European Union, we provide Duty-free for European Union 27 countries, for the other countries, if a tax is incurred, the courier will collect from you.
